At Avails, we don't use AI to match you with a group, and we personally chat with everyone beforehand who attends a Series or a Single Event. Also, we're in-person!
For a Series or Single Event, once we get your basic information, we'll contact you for an in-person, SHORT and very informal interview. (We just want to make sure you're real.) After that, we'll let you know if we're able to schedule you for a Series or Single Event; we'll then send you a link for payment.
For a Mixer, you simply sign up and then we'll send you a link for payment (no interview required).
For a Series, the cost includes a drink and shared appetizers for the first event, the activity OR one drink for the second and third events. (Everyone is responsible for their own additional drinks or food outside of this coverage.)
For a Single Event, the cost includes a drink and shared heavy appetizers. (Everyone is responsible for their own additional drinks or food outside of this coverage.)
For a Mixer, the cost includes a drink. (Everyone is responsible for their own additional drinks or food outside of this coverage.)
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we understand that life happens. If you are unable to make a Series, Single Event, or Mixer and let us know three (3) days prior to the start date, you can move your reserved spot to the NEXT date that is available for the service you cannot attend. (If you can't make the Series on 7/16 for example, we'll move you to the Series on 8/6.)
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for missing one or two events in a Series.
